All sales are final!

You may transfer tickets to another individual. However, you must inform us of the transfer and provide the order number as well as the name of the individual to whom you are transferring your ticket.

If you purchase tickets to the GCLS Literary conference, you will pick up your conference packet when you arrive at the conference. Tickets are not mailed to you in advance. To assure a speedy check-in at our registration desk, please bring a copy of your ticket purchase receipt.

If you are purchasing merchandise, you will be provided an option to have your order shipped to you, or held for pick up at the conference registration desk. If you opt to have your merchandise shipped, please note the estimated shipping time provided on your order.
