Hotel Reservation Deadline for Guaranteed Rooms

July 7, 2008

Information Needed

Each year the GCLS contracts a specific number of room with the host hotel and we are required to fill 90% of those contracted rooms, or else pay a penalty, plus pay the group rate for any unreserved rooms. This penalty and room cost can be a substantial burden on the organization and result in thousands of dollars in expenditures.

We understand that you may find special deals and rates on other sites and certainly do not blame you for saving money. Through recent discussion with the host hotel we have been informated that a reservation made through any vendor for the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort during July 27 - August 6, 2008 is eligible to be counted in the pool of contracted rooms. However, we need your help.

Since we don't know who you are, we would greatly appreciate it if you would provide us with the following information so we can provide the hotel with a list names for reservations made outside our website.

Please email us the following information so that the GCLS can get credit for your hotel booking.
